Please be advised that VMware Cloud team will be performing maintenance on the production platform

Impact: The CSP customer support center module will not be available. Customers will not be able to access CSP Support Center to create, view or update support tickets. Filing tickets using intercom chat widget will be delayed. Accessing CSP Support Center page will yield a maintenance notification. But no impact to the existing workload.

This scheduled maintenance affected: VMware Cloud on AWS (VMware Cloud on AWS) and VMware Network Insight, VMware Log Intelligence, VMware Cloud PKS, VMware Hybrid Cloud Extension (HCX), VMware Cloud Assembly, VMware Code Stream, VMware Service Broker, VMware Skyline.
