VMware vRealize Log Insight Cloud services and log availability have been fully restored and functional as of the end time noted below.

Impact: During the outage, logs ingested into the product where not processed or persisted. Only logs collected during the outage was impacted. The impact was across all log types.
- Logs belonging to the outage period will not be available for querying. This applies to all types of query criteria. - All alerts, per event and windowed, were not processed and hence will have failed to trigger. Notifications for these alerts would be missing as well. - Logs belonging to the outage period will not appear on dashboards even if they meet the criteria for the dashboards. - Logs belonging to the outage period were not forwarded from vRealize Log Insight Cloud.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We understand that our customers rely on Log Insight Cloud for mission critical workloads. We have invested effort to understand the interactions of the system elements that led to this outage, and have made improvements to avoid such incidents in the future.
